Chilli Garlic Cauliflower
My homemade Chilli Garlic Cauliflower is so delicious that even if a loved one or family member doesn't typically gravitate towards Cauliflower, they will love this and wolf it down. I combine some of my favorite seasonings to make it both spicy and garlicky, awaken your taste buds with bursting flavor. That heat is then balanced by my homemade savory and sweet dipping sauce. The combination makes a most delicious surprise to the palette, that you simply won't be able to get enough. Make this dish as a quick snack at home or for the next tim you host and watch it disappear before your eyes.
Cook at 425 F for 35 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
Prep your Seasonings: Combine together Chili Garlic Sauce, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Hemp Seeds, Nutritional Yeast
Prep your Cauliflower: Wash very well. Turn upside down and chop out the green leafiness. Chop up your Cauliflower into smaller bite size pieces.
Baking tray: Pour your Cauliflower on the tray. Drizzle your Olive Oil. Pour out all your seasonings. Mix it all together and massage it in, so that all cauliflower is coated with seasonings and oil.
Cook in over for 35 minutes at the temperature of 425 F.
Prep Your Dipping Sauce: While your Cauliflower is cooking, prep your sauce. Get a dipping size container and pour 1-2 tbsp maple syrup and 1-2 tbsp coco aminos. Depending how much cauliflower you are eating at once and if sooo or prepping for a gathering, you can make more sauce. Just pour roughly equal parts Maple Syrup and Coco Aminos.
Take it out of the oven. Plate it. Add the dipping sauce on side. Dip and enjoy!
This recipe is super delicious! When creating it, I was craving the spicy and the sweet, and I always love to balance the two or different spectrums of flavor in one bite, enjoy food that wakes up my taste buds. This is a perfect zing to the zany. The cauliflower packs a flavorful spicy bite, yet balanced nicely with a sweet and savory dipping sauce. Even family members who do not like Cauliflower absolutely loved this creation. This recipe is also Vegan and Vegetarian friendly, so can be enjoyed equally by even more family and friends.
