Check out our shipping policies and expected timing below and contact us if you have any questions. For the most accurate shipping displays, please refer to the individual product pages for each item. Shipping times can vary per product as we ship globally and from different global ports to best service you. If you are in the USA, you most like will be serviced by one of our USA facilities unless our manufacturing partner for set item is out of country. We will always aim to ship from the area closest to you to cut time and cost, provide the best service, but as a global business with products created on demand just for you, times can fluctuate depending on the global supply chain.

HOW LONG DOES FULFILLMENT TAKE?

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all production techniques

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Please note: 

  • Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. 
  • The fulfillment averages you see in our catalog are calculated based on our fulfillment data for each product within the time frame of 30 days.
  • Our fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold. 
  • Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days.

QUALITY CONTROL

All orders go through our 3-step quality check before we ship them out. Our automated software checks graphics for quality before printing, then our fulfillment specialists check quality while orders are in production, and, lastly, the order is checked when it's ready.

Part of our quality promise is reshipping any orders that don't meet our quality standards and we haven't caught in the check process due to human error. ( ** Please see the Spark A Little Sunshine Error & Customer Error Disclosure below**)

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

All orders typically ship within 5-10 days. Please see specific delivery estimates per product. We have POD fulfillment stations at different areas that we ship out of, predominantly shipping out of the US. The location of which center is used depends on item purchased and the most optimal station for that set product. Please note, some products may ship out separately. With U.S. orders should arrive 3-5 business days after items have been shipped, depending on the shipping speed you choose at checkout. International shipping may take anywhere from 1-12 weeks. You will receive a shipping notification after your order has shipped (check your spam folder if you do not receive one).

We follow a simple equation to calculate EDT:

estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

If you need your item by a specific date, you may use our production and shipping ranges with our manufacturing and fulfillment partner as a guide. Because our items are printed-on-demand from our fulfillment partner, we are also working with their best estimated times and trusting they are working at their highest productivity rate without sacrificing quality. Our estimation is typically as good as yours at checkout or the individual item order descriptions for estimation. At the fastest time, you can add the shortest production estimated time (fulfillment) plus shortest estimated delivery time (shipping). At the longer range, you may add the longest estimated production time (fulfillment) to the longest estimated shipping time. As with all shipments, please understand delays can also incur do to weather, COVID-19 & global political stage production work arounds, and other unforeseen, uncontrollable delays.

**Transparent Disclosure - As a company that creates on demand just for you, we will not be able to accommodate overnight or 2-day deliveries, as we do not have products sitting in stock.  It is best to order early on in advance as a general rule of thumb to best plan for upcoming occasions you may want to have set items to make sure we can properly deliver to you in time. This is simply a reality of the custom make and design business. **

USPS First Class Mail arrives in an estimated 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19, you may experience delays with shipping. Some fulfillment centers may still be working with lower staff, but we work at highest efficiency without sacrificing quality at each step.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges will vary by region or product weight to cover the cost of getting our products from point A to point B. Because Spark A Little Sunshine is dedicated to donating 50% profit for global impact causes, we don’t always have room in the cost to roll it into shipping and still honor our mission of giving. We will always strive to make it as reasonable as possible for our end customer when choosing products & pricing for our range.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

Every order will give you the option to email opt in for shipment tracking. This will alert you when the order is being fulfilled, when it’s shipped out, and its journey to you.

OTHER ISSUES

If you have a problem with your order, please send us an email with your order number and details of your issue immediately, so we can help to resolve it, move forward, and help ensure you get the correct product. We ask you label the email subject with your name and order number to easily reference. In the body, we ask you state briefly and clearly the exact issue, so we may move forward as best and fast as we can. If a sizing or print issue, please send photos of the product with the wrong size or print issue showing. This helps us to help you when we reach out to our fulfillment partners.

** If the order has not been created and fulfilled by our manufacture/shipping partner yet, we can edit information on your order, but no edits can be made once a product is put into creation and once received by our manufacture.

Please Format any Customer Service Emails as so, so we may most accurately and efficiently assess, address, and correct the issue in proper timing for you.

  4. Photo Attachment ( if already received and an error of size color shipped versus purchased, please attach photos of wrong size or wrong color, so we may properly dispute it on your behalf with our mfr. to ship you the proper garment)

 

SPARK A LITTLE SUNSHINE ERROR

If their is an error on our end of creation or shipment of incorrect product in relation to customer order invoice (I.e. - checkout says you ordered a small, but received a medium; you ordered it in red but it came in yellow), we will always strive to correct it immediately either through replacement or store credit to accommodate.

CUSTOMER ERROR

Customer is responsible for entering in the correct color, design, sizing, and mailing address at checkout because everything is custom made just for you, but we will always do our best if the order is not already in creation or fulfilled to help make edits if you made input error. If you made a mistake regarding shipping, please contact us ASAP and if your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your shipping and help get your package to the right place. If the order is already en queue to shipping on our side, your order will go out as it was entered by you. We do not refund or replace packages wrongly entered by the customer so please do not rush the checkout process when inputting be it the shipping or selecting of product. Depending on the circumstance, at Spark A Little Sunshine’s sole discretion per case basis, we can issue a store credit minus shipping costs to help accommodate the customer. While we will hold no obligation for reshipment or replacement on a customer created error, we will always do our best to accommodate it where we can to try to create the best experience for our customers.

Spark A Little Sunshine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and they will not be refunded or exchanged. Please contact your local post office or the shipping courier if this happens and coordinate with them on next steps or file a help request form with the USPS. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control and we can only go by what the tracking information says.
