This creamy white sauce spinach pizza is what dreams are made off. One bite and you will feel you have disappeared onto the white sands of the Mediterranean on vacation. With all the flavors we love coming together, each bite is cheesy, creamy, salty, and nutritious. It's fresh and light and full of flavors that will make your mouth water with each bite. The perfect combinations of sautéed spinach against melted feta and parmesan, layed over alfredo sauce, and homemade flatbread ( see naan recipe). Savory and sinfully delicious, but healthy and homemade that you can freely splurge knowing that healthy and delicious can go hand in hand. Whether date night, family night, game night, or snack bites throughout the night- this pizza is sure to be a hit and will disappear in a blink. Take a bite and make all your senses come alive...

Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 428 degrees F

Cover baking sheet pan with aluminum foil

But first, the dough...

Directions for Oven - If using pre-made dough balls from Naan Bread Recipe:

  • Roll out 2 dough balls from my Naan bread recipe on pan
  • Use a little flour on pan and roller to roll easily. For a flatbread, roll it cracker thing as you can.
  • Pick up and stretch like a circle
  • Add a little olive oil to the dough to moisten and keep from sticking
  • Put in oven at 428 degrees F for 4 min, then flip it for 4 more min, take out for toppings.

**If using pre-made skillet made naan bread from our personal Naan Bread Recipe, this is enough for 2 breads or 2-4 people**

** If using a store bought pizza dough, read below to start directions, You may omit the pre-cooking of the dough and go directly to the topping portion unless your store bought dough instructs otherwise cooking directions prior to topping**

Stove Top: While the dough is in the over, turn on your stove top, add olive oil, salt, pepper, finely grated/shredded garlic cloves, and spinach. Put the lid on a few minutes or if a clear lid check for when it starts to sweat then remove and give it a stir until all elements combine and the spinach starts to wilt. We want the spinach just after it all wilts, then turn off the stove and remove from the heat.

Toppings: Once you bring your freshly baked dough out of the oven, pour on any residual olive oil on the dough and spread it out, then follow with pouring your alfredo sauce and spread evenly through out. Top you alfredo sauce with your sautéed Spinach and Garlic. Next sprinkle your Parmesan all across. Lastly, break apart your Feta into crumbles and evenly layer it across the top.

Oven: Once your toppings are in place, go ahead and pop in back in the over for 5-8 more minutes.

Take it out and tasted a slive of Heaven in your mouth... ahhhh... but don't worry, it's share size, no one will eat your slice. 😉
